• Fees are affordable and based on services required. Expectations of time, travel distance, accommodations for non-local events and type of engagement will determine fees.

• Book signings must specify the anticipated number of books the author is required to bring or if books have been pre-ordered.

Special Note:  If the author is required to bring books, a minimum of three weeks notice is required.

• There is a minimum notification requirement of two weeks for local events where books have been pre-ordered.

• There is a minimum notification requirement of one month for out-of-state events.

• Fees are expected no later than the day the service is provided.
